The Build program features a resistance training segment that requires a minimalist home gym. Purchase costs with shipping included should be $30 to $40, depending on the number of bands you buy.

You'll need a door anchor and the appropriate levels of resistance bands to secure to a solid door in your home or on the go. Meet Aaron Wyant

In 2015 when I moved to Sacramento I never could have imagined the growth in my career that has come from working in the charitable sector with cancer patients and survivors. It’s been an amazing path in which I’ve been fortunate to refine my skillsets in coaching movement and educating exercise. More importantly, I’ve seen so much good in humanity and learned incredible things about how to connect with others. My mom's life was a model example of how to treat others, and her sudden passing from cancer has helped to drive me forward in the mission to practice exercise as medicine.

Beginning in 2016, I directly supervised more than 500 and helped oversee the exercise programming for more than 700 cancer patients and survivors. Working in the nonprofit world, I met more than 300 patients in one-on-one consulting environments, learning the detailed health histories of each patient's journey. I spent over 4,500 hours in-service instructing patients, and developed eight other coaches utilizing the best practices for safely and effectively leading groups through foundational fitness education while incorporating essential components of human connection to improve motivationself-confidence, and exercise adherence. In this experience, I've seen that the life-changing impact of strengthening and conditioning the body with exercise has been outshined only by the incredible bonding and peer-support that comes from working together to get stronger.

This work in medical fitness has forever changed who I am both professionally and personally.
